摘要
佛山西站为大型桥建合一铁路枢纽车站,站房主体结构采用混凝土框架结构,局部正线为桥梁结构。由于车站作业区域集中、施工专业繁多、联合作业单位多,因而相互干扰大,并且开通工期要求十分紧张,原设计常规的顺作法施工不能满足现场需要。经过方案组织优化和受力可行性分析,建设性提出了在车站夹层位置采用半逆作法施工,即先安排承轨层施工,再安排承轨层上下其它结构展开平行施工。此方法不但增加了工作面,可加快施工进度,还将立体交叉施工的空间分隔成独立空间,避免相互干扰,既降低了安全风险,又提高了工效。经实践检验,工期效益和经济效益均十分明显。在具有三层及以上的框架结构、且工期紧张的项目施工设计中具有很好的推广价值。
Foshan West Railway Station is a large-scale hub railway station combining the bridge with the station.The main construction of this station is a concrete frame structure, and the local main line is a railway bridge structure.The problems of the concentration of the station operation areas, a large number of construction professions, large quantity of the joint operation units, would lead to a large mutual interference, moreover, the time limit for opening the project is very tight, so the original design of normal construction method cannot meet the needs of the site.After the optimization of the scheme organization and the feasibility analysis of the force, it is proposed to use the semi-reversed-construction method in the interlayer position of the station, which means to arrange the construction of the bearing layer, and then arrange the parallel construction of the other structures above and below the bearing layer.It not only increases the operation areas to speed up the construction process, but also separates the space of the three-dimensional cross construction into independent spaces to avoid mutual interference, achieving the goals of reducing the danger risks and improving the work efficiency by this method.After practicing in the construction, it is obvious to lessen the project period and increase more economic benefits.It has a great value to promote in the construction design of the projects with three or more frame structures and tight construction period.
