摘要
通过采用宏观检查、金相检验、硬度检查、扫描电镜及能谱分析检测方法,对失效管段进行分析。结果表明材料组织无明显老化,管内壁有大量未贯穿裂纹,裂纹内部填充有致密的Fe3O4,裂纹末端尖锐具有很强的扩展性。管子在制造过程中由于工艺控制不当导致内壁产生裂纹,在服役过程中裂纹向外壁方向扩展,最终贯穿内外壁导致开裂失效。
The failure section of pipe was analyzed by macroscopical examination, metallographic examination, hardness examination, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the structure has no obvious aging in the material, and there are a large number of non-penetrating cracks in the inner wall of pipe. The crack is filled with dense Fe3O4 and the end of crack is sharp and strong scalability. The cracks in the inner wall of pipes appear due to the improper process control in the manufacturing process, and the cracks extends to the outer wall and finally runs through the inner and outer wall in the process of service, leading to cracking failure.
