摘要
以某顺序流程乙烯装置中高低压脱丙烷系统为研究对象,分析了原设计双塔耦合操作困难的原因.同时由于此系统进料组成和流量发生变化,给出一种改造方案,以解决进料组分改变和原系统操作难度大的问题.最终的改造方案对原系统改动量少,投资较小,也使操作会变得相对容易.
Taking the high and low pressure depropanizer system in an ethylene unit as the research object, reasons for the difficult operation of the original system were analyzed. A solution was put forward based on the change of feed composition and flow to solve the difficulty in the operation. The final optimization scheme needs less transformation to the original system and less investment, and it can make the system operation more easy.
