摘要
从理论上介绍了密封失效的定义及特征,并指出了机械密封失效的形式。结合氯碱行业中使用的水环式乙炔压缩机机械密封失效的典型故障实例,具体分析了机械密封失效的原因,并给出了检修处理措施。
The definition and characteristics of seal failure were introduced in theory, and the failure forms of mechanical seals were pointed out. Combined with the typical fault cases of mechanical seals of water ring acetylene compressor used in chlor -alkali industry, the causes of mechanical seal failures were analyzed in detail, and the maintenance measures were given.
