摘要
目的:观察化瘀消癥汤联合输卵管再通术对输卵管阻塞性不孕患者的效果。方法:将85例输卵管阻塞性不孕患者掷币法分组,对照组42例予以输卵管再通术治疗,观察组43例于术后加用化瘀消癥汤治疗,对比两组疗效。结果:观察组中医证候积分及再次阻塞率低于对照组,疏通率及妊娠率高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀消癥汤联合输卵管再通术能改善患者症状,促进输卵管再通,提高患者妊娠率。
Objective: To observe the effect of Huayu Xiaozheng decoction combined with fallopian tube recanalization on patients with tubal obstruction infertility. Methods: 85 patients with tubal obstruction infertility were divided into two groups. The control group received 42 cases of fallopian tube recanalization. In the observation group, 43 cases were treated with Huayu Xiaozheng decoction. Results: The scores of TCM syndromes and reocclusion rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The dredge rate and pregnancy rate were higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Huayu Xiaozheng decoction combined with fallopian tube recanalization can improve the symptoms of patients, promote the recanalization of fallopian tubes, and improve the pregnancy rate of patients. It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
