摘要
对从实验室保藏的芽孢杆菌中筛选得到一株寡营养菌株K1进行鉴定及降解氨氮性质研究,以开发具有降解水体氨氮特性的寡营养菌株。通过形态特征观察、生理生化特性测定及16S rDNA序列同源性和系统发育树分析,经鉴定该菌株K1为蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus),它不但在稀释100倍的牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基中良好繁殖,在好氧条件下生长比在静置培养状态下更为良好,而且对氨态氮和硝态氮均有一定的降解能力。蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)K1对氨态氮和硝态氮的最大降解率分别为53.8%和42.2%,表明其在富营养水体中有很好的应用前景。
An oligotrophic strain K1 screened from lab-preserved Bacillus was identified and its ability of degradation of ammonia nitrogen was studied,so as to develop an oligotrophic strain with characteristics of degradation of ammonia nitrogen in water. The K1 strain was identified as Bacillus cereus based on morphological characteristics,biochemical characteristics and 16 S rDNA sequence and phylogenetic tree analysis.which not only reproduced well in the peptone culture medium diluted by 100 times of beef extract,but also grew better under aerobic conditions than in the state of static culture,and had a certain ability to degrade ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen. The maximum degradation rates of ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen by Bacillus cereus K1 were 53.8% and 42.2% respectively,indicating that it has the prospect of application in eutrophic water.
