间伐和林下植被剔除对毛竹林土壤活性有机碳的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Thinning and Understory Removal on Soil Labile Organic Carbon in Moso Plantation

摘要 选择中亚热带毛竹人工林为研究对象,开展间伐和林下植被剔除的野外控制实验,通过野外采样和室内分析,研究不同强度间伐(25%间伐、50%间伐)和林下植被剔除对土壤活性有机碳的影响。结果表明:25%间伐对土壤各组分碳无显著影响;50%间伐显著增加土壤有机碳含量,降低土壤微生物量碳含量,进而降低活性有机碳占土壤总有机碳的比例。林下植被剔除降低0~5 cm层土壤微生物量碳和可溶性有机碳含量,进而降低土壤活性有机碳占土壤有机碳的比例;对5~10 cm层各组分碳无显著影响。研究表明,50%间伐和林下植被剔除处理下土壤总有机碳的生物活性程度降低、活性有机碳库的周转速率降低,有利于毛竹人工林土壤碳的固持。 In the present study,field experiments in combination with laboratory analysis were conducted to investigate the effects of thinning intensities[25% thinning(25% Th)and 50% thinning(50% Th)]and understory removal(UR)on soil labile organic carbon in moso plantation. The results showed that 25% Th had no significant effect on different components of soil carbon;meanwhile,50% Th markedly increased the content of soil organic carbon,but decreased the soil microbial biomass carbon,thereby deceased the proportion of soil labile organic carbon to soil organic carbon. Understory removal decreased the soil microbial biomass carbon and soil dissolved organic carbon in 0-5 cm depth,furthermore reduced the proportion of soil labile organic carbon to soil organic carbon.There was no significant effect of understory removal on soil different components carbon at 5-10 cm depth,which might be related to the vertical distribution of plant roots and soil microbial quantity.This study indicated that 50% Th and understory removal reduced the microbial biological activities and the soil labile organic carbon turnover rate,which is favorable for soil carbon fixation in moso plantation.
