摘要
为明确江西南昌橘小实蝇(Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel))成虫种群的发生特点,2008-2017年采用麦克菲尔氏诱捕器,对果园和菜园橘小实蝇种群进行了周期监控。10年中,49个麦克菲尔氏诱捕器共捕获橘小实蝇雄性成虫25 441头。其中,2010年种群密度高,果园3个诱捕器、菜园2个诱捕器,每个诱捕器捕获量分别为1 728.33头/年和261.00头/年;2016年密度低,果园和菜园各2个诱捕器,每个诱捕器捕获量分别为30.00头/年和6.00头/年。T检验表明,果园内年平均捕获量显著高于菜园。不管是果园还是菜园,橘小实蝇成虫的年均捕获量均呈下降趋势,尤其是2010年之后。橘小实蝇成虫于5月上旬最早出现,9月中旬后捕获量急剧增加,并于10-11月达到种群密度高峰,12月中下旬迅速下降。橘小实蝇成虫在不同年份和两个园区的持续时间和最高密度变幅大,持续时间98~224 d,每个诱捕器最高密度4.00~50.83头/周。在江西南昌,橘小实蝇一年内成虫出现一个密度高峰;根据2008-2017年种群发生趋势,初步推测种群在未来一段时间内暴发的可能性小。
To reveal the occurrence characteristics of Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel)adult males in Nanchang,Jiangxi,McPhail traps with methyl eugenol as parapheromone were introduced in the orchard and vegetable garden from 2008 to 2017 to monitor its population.A total of 25441 B. dorsalis adult males were captured through 49 Mcphail traps.In those years,the maximum density of trapped B. dorsalis occurred in 2010,with 1728.33 and 261.00 per trap in the orchard(3 traps)and the vegetable garden(2 traps),respectively;while the minimum density occurred in 2016,with 30.00(2 traps)and 6.00 per trap(2 traps).T test indicated that captures per traps in the orchard were significantly higher than those in the vegetable garden.No matter in the orchard or the vegetable garden,B. dorsalis population did not improve as predicted,but decreased across these years,especially since 2010.Generally,B. dorsalis adults were active from early May to late December,with a distinct peak between October and November.The time span of B. dorsalis adults in the field was from 98 to 224 days,and the maximum density varied from 4.00 to 50.83 per trap per week in these years.The results indicated that B. dorsalis adults could not overwinter safely in this area,and displayed a remarkable density peak in a year.According to the occurrence trend of B. dorsalis adult males from 2008 to 2017,it is inferred that the population would not break out for years to come in the orchard and vegetable garden in Nanchang.
