摘要
文章以1.8L自然吸气发动机为基础,通过相关零部件的仿真分析,优化燃烧系统及相关的零部件,使发动机的整体性能满足一定要求,同时在部分负荷工况采用阿特金森循环,实现更高的燃烧效率,更低油耗,以满足日趋严格的法规要求。发动机的性能开发满足预期,有较好的使用前景。
Based on 1.8L natural suction engine, through the simulation analysis of related parts, the combustion system and related parts are optimized, so the performance of the engine can meet certain requirements. At the same time, adopt Atkinson cycle under partial load conditions. The engine can get higher combustion efficiency and lower fuel consumption. It can meet increasingly stringent regulatory requirements. The performance development of the engine achieve the expectation and has a good prospect of use.
