摘要
文章主要针对地震、台风等自然灾害发生后,地面车辆如何克服路面损坏、通信中断等困难先于救援部队第一时间深入灾区了解灾情并展开前期救援,提升救援的及时性、有效性,并将救援与通信有效结合。
This paper is mainly aimed at earthquake, typhoon and other natural disasters, how can ground vehicles overcome road damage, communication interruption and other difficulties before the first time to go deep into the disaster area to understand the disaster and carry out early relief, improve the effectiveness and timeliness of rescue, and combine rescue and communication effectively.
