摘要 随着国家高速公路网的快速发展以及重型卡车制造技术的不断提升,重型卡车在高速行驶中出现的各类NVH问题也逐渐引起驾乘人员的广泛重视。文章针对重型卡车在平直路面上稳速行驶时驾乘舒适性问题,通过主观评价、匀速行驶振动频谱分析、加速行驶振动阶次分析,得出该类问题与车轮动平衡、车身及底盘固有频率的相关性,并通过具体工程实例对分析结果进行验证。对重型卡车舒适性提升方面有指导意义。 With the rapid development of national highway network and the continuous improvement of commercial vehicle manufacturing technology, various NVH problems of heavy trucks in high-speed driving have gradually attracted the attention of drivers. Focusing on the vehicle dithering problem which often occurs when heavy trucks are running at steady speed on straight road surface, this paper obtains the correlation between this kind of problem and wheel dynamic balance through subjective evaluation, frequency spectrum analysis of uniform driving vibration and order analysis of accelerated driving vibration, and validates the analysis results through specific engineering examples. It has guiding significance for solving the problem of heavy truck jitter and improving ride comfort.
