摘要
介绍8/600直进式拉丝机的设备改造过程。依据原材料抗拉强度试验数据,采用适合55SiCr等含硅量较高的热轧线材冷拔抗拉强度计算公式,计算各道次抗拉强度和拉拔力,以此计算出电机功率。通过实测拉丝机现有的减速机速比配置皮带轮,并运用机器压缩率的设定及编排的合理性进行调整。采用?6.5 mm 55SiCr热轧弹簧钢线材为原料,最高拉拔速度达6 m/s,运行稳定,达到设计目标。
Equipment renovation of 8/600 straight drawing machine is introduced. According to the test data of tensile strength of raw materials, the formula for calculating the cold-drawn tensile strength of hot-rolled wire rods with high silicon content, such as 55SiCr, is adopted to calculate the tensile strength and drawing force of each pass, and further calculate the motor power. By measuring the speed ratio of the existing reducer of the straight drawing machine, the belt pulley is preliminarily arranged, and adjusted according to the setting and arrangement of the compression rate of the machine. Processing diameter 6.5 mm 55SiCr hot-rolled spring steel wire, the maximum drawing speed is 6 m/s, stable operation, to achieve the design goal.
