摘要
目的探讨嗓音训练和嗓音卫生教育在治疗声带小结中的临床疗效。方法选择符合声带小结诊断标准的60患者随机分成二组,治疗组:嗓音训练组;对照组:嗓音卫生教育组。每组各30例。治疗2个月后比较2组治疗前后的VHI量表和嗓音声学分析,评估治疗后患者嗓音恢复情况。结果嗓音训练组与嗓音卫生教育组相比,声带小结消失率明显升高(P<0.05),MPT显著延长(P<0.05),VHI评分显著下降(P<0.05)。结论嗓音训练对声带小结的治疗效果明显。
Objective To study the clinical effect of vocal training and vocal hygiene education in the treatment of vocal nodule. Methods The patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of vocal band summary were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group: vocal training group;Control group: vocal hygiene education group. Each group had 30 cases. After 2 months of treatment, two groups were compared before and after the treatment. VHI scale and voice acoustics analysis were used to evaluate the voice recovery of patients after treatment. Results Compared with the vocal health education group, the disappearing rate of vocal nodule increased significantly, MPT extended significantly and VHI score decreased significantly in the vocal training group (all P<0.05). Conclusion Voice training therapy has obvious effect on the treatment of vocal nodule.
