摘要
党的十九大报告提出实施乡村振兴战略,这是新时代中国特色社会主义建设的重要内容。随着乡村城镇化的推进,乡村社区、村转社区基层治理机制发生了变化。我们通过对山东省泰安市社区治理的实践进行深入探讨和研究,有成功的经验,也发现了许多问题,需要健全治理机构、完善体制、落实治理主体、实施顶层设计,形成乡村治理的新的格局,推进乡村治理现代化进程。
The rural revitalization strategy has been put forward in the report of the 19 th Congress of the communist party of China,which is an important part of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.With the advancement of urbanization in rural areas,there are many changes in the grass-roots governance mechanisms of rural communities and Village-based communities.Through in-depth discussions and research on the practice of community governance in Taian city Shandong Province,there are both successful experience and many problems.We need to improve governance institutions,improve institutions,implement governance main body,and implement top-level design to form a new pattern of rural governance and promote the modernization process of rural governance.
