摘要
随着特朗普政府加快推进“印太战略”,美国越来越重视台湾在美国“印太战略”中扮演的角色。为此,美国不仅将台湾写入“印太战略”相关文件内容,还从政治、经济、军事和国际参与等方面加强对台湾的支持,增强台湾参与“印太战略”的信心与能力,双方关系呈现以军事安全合作为主,以经贸和民主治理为辅的发展走势,目的在增强台湾对抗大陆的能力,以合作抵制中国大陆在印太地区,特别是拉美和南太地区日益增强的影响力。美推动“印太战略”的需求为美台提升实质关系提供了机会,但也升高了中美竞争扩大和两岸关系紧张对抗的风险,使中美战略博弈更趋复杂化。
With the process of Trumps’s administration promoting the Inod-Pacific strategy rapidly, the U.S. have paid more attention to the Taiwan’s role in the Indo-pacific strategy sine the beginning of 2018.The U.S. intended to treat Taiwan as a vital partner which could help U.S. implement the Indo-pacific strategy. So the U.S. not only put U.S.-Taiwan relations in the offical files about Indo-pacific strategy, but also strengthened the support for taiwan on the cooperation of polical, economic, military and international participation between the U.S.-Taiwan, to enhance the faith and capability of Taiwan to participate the Indo-pacific strategy. Though the development of the U.S.-Taiwan relations was concentred on the milltary cooperation, the cooperation of economic and democracy goverance in the Indo-pacific region also were the importmantfileds between U.S.- Taiwan, aimed to strengthen the capability of Taiwan to resist the pressure form China's Mainland and restrain China from pursuing the influence in the Indo-Pacific region, especially in the latin America and South-Pacific region through the “Road & Belt” Initiative. The strategic desire of the U.S. for promoting the Inod-Pacific strategy provided the opportunity for U.S. and Taiwan to strengthen the substance realtions, also escelating the risk of the confrontation between the US.-China and tension across the Taiwan Strait, and increasing the complexity and long-term effects of the U.S.-China strategic game .
