摘要
教师素养是教育质量提升的关键,构建教师核心素养是强化教师育人能力的关键环节。以核心素养作为教师教育改革引擎,追求理论与实践之间的“动态平衡”,把课程建设作为教师培养发展的重要载体,以核心课程建设为抓手,采用混合式教学模式,积极打造核心素养教师培养团队,完善教师质量标准,将是今后我国教师教育改革的主要方向。
Nowadays, the teacher training colleges are facing the difficulties of cultivating students' comprehensive quality. The necessarystrategies to the development of teacher education is strengthening the key competencies of teachers. Therefore, the experiences that we can choose include as the following: Taking the key competencies as new goal of teaching education;Pursuing the dynamic balance between theory and practice;Taking the course construction as important carrier of cultivating key competencies;Taking quality evaluation as an important guarantee of teachers' education and so on. Meanwhile, we should take the "core course" as the foundation,then use mixed mode of instruction, and built a teacher team who has the key competencies, setting up a system of quality standard, so that we can ensure the cultivation of teacher's key competencies.
