摘要
教师的成长来自多个方面。就工作而言,高校教师的主要工作是教学和科研,教学和科研水平的高低体现教师成长的高度。文章从地方本科院校的实际出发,探讨如何处理教学和科研的关系,以促进教师自身成长,从而更好地培养学生。
The growth comes from many aspects for teacher.As far as work is concerned,the main work of university teachers is teaching and scientific research.The level of teaching and scientific research reflects the height of growth of teachers.Based on the reality of local colleges,this paper discusses how to deal with the relationship between teaching and scientific research in order to promote the growth of teachers themselves,so as to better develop students.
