摘要
学术评价对创新人才的培养具有重要的引导作用.近年来基于"五唯"的定量学术评价给高校人才的培养造成了较大的负面影响,新的学术评价体系需要建立.在新旧学术评价体系转换期,学术评价的混沌状态将会影响以科技创新为特点的研究生培养,需要采取有针对性的措施.首先要重视研究生培养过程,通过严格的过程管理培养学生良好的科研素质;其次要营造基于内容的学术评价生态环境,为培养学生的创新精神提供条件.
Academic evaluation plays an important role in the training of postgraduate innovation ability.The quantitative academic evaluation prevails in recent years,which has given negative impact on postgraduate training. Therefore,the new academic evaluation system needs to be built.The measures should be taken for training innovation ability of postgraduate.Much more attention should be paid to the process of postgraduate training,and the environment based on concept academic evaluation must be built.They can help create the condition for training postgraduate innovation ability.
