摘要
南新国际大通道是以广西南宁为桥头堡的国际经济通道,通道建设的目的在于将原本碎片化的通道沿线区域联通,通过公路、铁路和港口等交通网络体系,来推动通道沿线国家互联互通。南新国际大通道备受政府与相关学者的瞩目,不仅能打通我国与中南半岛各国联系的金融贸易大动脉,更是推动广西对外开放格局,促进沿线国家财政经济状况根本好转的经济命脉。通道建设至今,基础设施建设方面有成果也有不足,人文交流、货物流通和贸易往来现状也随着通道建设发生了变化。近年来,南新国际大通道建设项目逐渐淡出了人们的视线,通道建设进程也进入瓶颈。为此我们需要多角度来看通道发展前景,了解通道建设对于广西与东盟国家建设的现实意义,强调南新国际大通道建设的战略意义,提升知名度,并针对资金问题、政治互信问题、东西方国际关系问题提出解决方案。
The Nanning-Singapore International Channel is the international economic channel with Nanning as the bridgehead.The purpose of its construction is to connect the fragmented channels along the region and promote the interconnection of the countries along the channel through the transportation network system of highways,railways and ports.The Channel has attracted much attention from the Guangxi government and relevant scholars.It can not only open up the main financial and trade artery of China and the countries in the Central and South Peninsula,but also promote the pattern of Guangxi’s opening to the outside world and the economic lifeline of the fundamental improvement of the financial and economic situation of the countries along the Channel.Since its construction,there have been achievements but also deficiencies in infrastructure construction,and the situation of cultural exchanges,goods circulation and trade has changed.In recent years,the construction of the Channel has gradually faded out,and also encountered the bottleneck.For that we need to look at its development prospects from multiple perspectives,know its practical significance for Guangxi and ASEAN countries,emphasize its strategic significance,raise reputation,and put forward solutions for money,political mutual trust,and international relations between East and West.
