摘要
目的:探讨情绪管理课程的实施对三年级小学生情绪智力发展的影响.方法:随机选取三年级四个班为实验班和对照班,进行情绪管理课程对情绪智力影响的干预研究.研究结果:(1)三年级女生的自我情绪管理、他人情绪觉察、他人情绪管理和情绪智力总分显著高于三年级男生;在家庭住房方面,购房的三年级学生在他人情绪管理得分上显著高于租房居住的学生;(2)实验班学生在他人情绪管理和情绪智力总分上有了显著的提高,对照班未出现显著变化.结论:开展情绪管理课程能够有效促进三年级小学生的情绪管理能力和水平.
Objective:Four classes of Grade Three were ran-domly selected as experimental classes and control classes to conduct the intervention study on the influence of emotional management course.Results:(1) The total scores of self-emotional management,others' emotional awareness,others' emotional management and emotional intelligence of the third-grade girls were significantly higher than that of the third-grade boys;In terms of family housing,third-year students who owned theirselves' house scored significantly higher than those who rented house.(2) students in the experimental classes have significantly improved in the emotional management of others and the total score of emotional intelligence,but there is no significant change in the control class.Conclusion:The emotion management course can effectively promote the emotion intelligence level of the third grade students.
