摘要
通过基于云服务的医联体胸痛中心系统的建设,有效实现医联体内各级医院、基层卫生院、社区等医疗机构远程心电信息的互联互通,构建院前急救、院中诊疗监护、离院患者智能康复指导等智能化服务体系,从而提高早期诊断和治疗急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的能力,降低心肌梗死发生的可能性或减少心肌梗死面积,准确筛查出心肌缺血低危患者,达到减少误诊、漏诊、过度治疗,改善患者临床预后的目的。
Through the construction of the cloud-based medical system for chest pain center, the interconnection and communication of remote ECG information in health institutions in the medical alliance were realized. Intelligent service systems such as pre-hospital first aid, in-hospital diagnosis and treatment monitoring, and intelligent rehabilitation guidance for patients leaving hospital were constructed, thereby improving the early diagnosis and treatment of acute coronary syndrome(ACS), reducing the possibility of myocardial infarction or the area of myocardial infarction, and accurately screened patients with low-risk of myocardial ischemia, to reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, overtreatment, and improve the clinical prognosis of patients.
