摘要
单个病例数据Meta分析被誉为临床二次研究的金标准,在世界范围内快速发展。本文对单个病例数据Meta分析的起源与发展进行全面介绍,以期为研究人员了解、研究和应用单个病例数据Meta分析提供帮助,从而提高我国单个病例数据Meta分析产出。
The individual patient data meta-analysis(IPDMA) may represent a gold standard of "secondary" clinical research, at the same time, the IPDMA has been rapidly developed in the world. The paper described the origin and development of IPDMA, which could help researchers to understand, research and apply the IPDMA, and improve the output of IPDMA in China.
