摘要
分析建立了刮板输送机的动力学模型与永磁电机的数学模型,提出一种新的永磁电机变频控制系统,并对其硬件和软件进行了设计。系统实现了对刮板输送机的稳定控制,降低了故障率、消耗和磨损,提高了综采工作面的工作效率和安全性。
The dynamic model of the scraper conveyor and the mathematical model of the permanent magnet motor are established. A new permanent magnet motor frequency conversion control system is proposed,and its hardware and software are designed. The system realizes stable control of the scraper conveyor,reduces the failure rate,consumption and wear,and improves the working efficiency and safety of the fully mechanized mining face.
