摘要
基于实际生产需求,在凯恩帝K2000MCi系统中通过机床控制硬件连接的重新设计及修改PLC程序,实现机床第二主轴的经济型改造。机床改造完成后,经由多次机床第二主轴自动控制及手动控制实验,证明机床第二主轴控制设计方案有效。
Based on the actual production demand, through the design and modification of the hardware connection of machine tool control and the PLC program in K2000MCi system, the economic transformation of the second spindle of machine tool was realized. After the modification of the machine tool, the design scheme of the second spindle control of the machine tool was proved to be effective by many experiments of automatic control and manual control of the second spindle of the machine tool.
