摘要
为了研究K型弯管节点的轴向刚度—轴向荷载曲线,采用ANSYS对K型弯管节点进行了参数化分析,考虑的参数为:弦杆外径与其壁厚之比、腹杆与弦杆外径之比、腹杆外径与其壁厚之比、腹杆与弦杆轴线夹角、弯管坡度、弦杆轴力与其屈服荷载之比。引入两个无量纲参数,节点轴向刚度因子η和节点轴力因子ω,并确定了η-ω的关系曲线。分析表明:腹杆受压时与腹杆受拉时具有不同的节点轴向刚度,节点轴向刚度对结构的受力性能有较大的影响。通过多元线性回归拟合了腹杆受压时和腹杆受拉时的η-ω曲线,该曲线为钢管结构的分析及设计提供了节点刚度计算模型。
In order to study the axial stiffness-axial load curve of curve tube K-joints, the parametric analysis of curve tube K-joints was carried out by ANSYS.These parameters need to be thought over, such as the ratio of chord outer diameter to wall thickness, the ratio of CHS to chord outer diameter, the ratio of CHS outer diameter to wall thickness, the angle between CHS and chord, the slope roof of curve tube and the ratio of chord axial force to its yield load.Two non-dimensional parameters-axial force capacity factor (ω) and joint axial stiffness factor (η) are introduced, and the relationship curve of which is determined.Analysis shows that the axial stiffness of the nodes is different when the CHS is under pressure or tension, and the axial stiffness of the nodes has a greater influence on the force performance of the structure.The η-ω curve of the CHS when subjected to pressure or pulled is fitted by multiple linear regression.This curve provides a joint stiffness calculation model for the analysis and design of steel tube structures.
