摘要 3D打印技术的出现与发展,为机械设计、制造注入了新的活力。无碳小车越碍行走是全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛的题目,大学生设计的无碳小车整车结构、零件形状、零件材料、制造方法近年来出现了越来越多新颖的想法,3D打印技术的应用就是其中之一。本文将3D打印技术融入该项学科竞赛,针对部分金属零件采用3D设计,并选择ABS材料进行3D打印开展研究,通过实验对比,显示出3D打印技术的优势。 The emergence and development of 3D printing technology has injected new vitality into mechanical design and manufacturing.Carbon-free trolley is the subject of the comprehensive ability competition of engineering training for college students in China.More and more new ideas have emerged in recent years about the structure,parts shape,parts materials and manufacturing methods of the car designed by college students.The application of 3D printing technology is one of them.In this paper,3D printing technology is integrated into the subject competition.Some metal parts are designed in 3D,and ABS material is selected to carry out the research on 3D printing.Through experimental comparison,the advantages of 3D printing technology are shown.
