摘要
在有关拉伸练习对练习者运动能力之影响的研究中,有的研究者认为,静态拉伸练习不利于练习者在随后的运动中发挥爆发力,并使得灵敏素质下降。还有的研究者则持有相反的观点。本研究选取12名大学男生,进行了静态拉伸和动态拉伸对速度影响的测试。结果显示,幅度较大、持续时间稍长的静态拉伸对练习者在随后的运动中发挥速度有着不利影响。据此,提出了短跑运动员在比赛前的准备活动中要避免过长时间的大幅度静态拉伸的建议。
In the research on the influence of stretching exercise on the exercise ability of the practitioners, some researchers believe that static stretching exercise is not conducive to the practitioners in the subsequent exercise to play explosive force, and make the sensitive quality decline. But other researchers hold the opposite view. In this study, 12 male college students were selected to test the effects of static stretching and dynamic stretching on speed. The results show that the static stretching with larger amplitude and longer duration has a negative effect on the exercise speed of the participants in the subsequent exercise. Therefore, it is suggested that sprinters should avoid long static stretch in the preparation before the race.
