摘要 针对深部采动应力下巷道支护技术难题,以文家坡矿井41盘区一号回风巷道为研究对象,采用现场监测技术对巷道表面变形特征、锚杆(索)受力状况进行研究分析,结果表明,巷道观测至15d后,巷道围岩变形基本趋于稳定,巷道围岩移近量整体不大;锚杆(索)受力整体不大,锚杆最大受力不到杆体屈服载荷的49%,锚索最大受力仅为其拉断载荷的19.8%,未能发挥锚杆(索)的支护性能。基于极限平衡理论对锚杆(索)进行支护参数优化,并采用理论分析、数值模拟等方法对其稳定性加以分析,分析表明,工作面回采期间巷道围岩稳定,能够满足生产需要。 In view of the supporting technical problems of roadway under deep mining stress,No. 1 return airway in 41 panel of Wenjiapo Coal Mine is taken as the research object. The deformation characteristics of roadway surface and the stress condition of bolt(cable) are studied and analyzed by using field monitoring technology. The results show that the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway tends to be stable after 15 days of observation and the amount of surrounding rock movement of roadway is small as a whole. The maximum force of the bolt is less than 49% of the yield load,and the maximum force of the anchor cable is only 19.8% of the tensile load,which fails to give full play to the supporting performance of the bolt(cable). Study on the supporting parameters of anchor(cable) advance based on limit equilibrium theory are optimized,and the stability is analyzed by means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The analysis shows that the surrounding rock of the roadway during mining is stable and can meet the needs of production.
