摘要 针对特高压V串玻璃绝缘子更换作业中液压紧线器存在安全隐患,结合±800kV宾金线线路参数及结构特点,研制了一套新型特高压绝缘子更换装置。采用滑轮组配合机械丝杠作为新型紧线器,配合两端卡具完成绝缘子荷载转移。针对直线塔带电作业人员难着力问题,研制了高度可调节的绝缘作业平台。现场应用情况表明,利用该套装置可实现带电更换特高压V串玻璃绝缘子。 In view of the safety hazards of the hydraulic tensioner in the replacement operation of UHV V-string glass insulators, combined with the parameters and structural characteristics of the ± 800 kV Binjin transmission line, a new set of UHV insulator replacement device is developed. A pulley group is used in coordination with a mechanical lead screw as a new type of tensioner and cooperates with clamps at both ends to complete the load transfer of insulators. In view of the difficulty of workers in livng working on straight-line tower, an insulation platform with adjustable height is developed. The field application shows that the replacement of the UHV V-string glass insulator in living working can be realized with this set of device.
