摘要
选取烟台市2001-2017年环境与经济数据,利用环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC),对4类污染指标与人均地区生产总值之间的关系进行了实证研究,构建了烟台市的环境库兹涅茨模型。结果表明,2001-2017年,烟台市工业固体废物产生量、烟(粉)尘排放量、废水排放量与人均GDP均呈倒"N"型关系,二氧化硫排放量与人均GDP呈倒"U"型关系,且各曲线均已达到拐点。进一步运用灰色关联分析,得出影响烟台市环境库兹涅茨曲线的主要因素有产业结构、技术进步、城市发展。在上述结论基础上,提出在新旧动能转换背景下促进烟台市经济与环境协调发展的建议。
Based on the environmental and economic data of Yantai city from 2001 to 2017,using the environmental Kuznets curve( EKC),this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between the four pollution indicators and the per capita GDP,and constructs the environmental Kuznets model of Yantai city. The results show that,from 2001 to 2017,the output of industrial solid waste,smoke( powder) dust,waste water and GDP per capita in Yantai are all in an inverted"N"type relationship,while the output of sulfur dioxide and GDP per capita are in an inverted "U"type relationship,and each curve has reached an inflection point. Further using grey correlation analysis,it is concluded that the main factors affecting Yantai environmental Kuznets curve are industrial structure,technological progress and urban development. On the basis of the above conclusions,the paper puts forward suggestions to promote the coordinated development of Yantai’s economy and environment.
