摘要
流变性是钻井液性能的重要参数,常规流变模型表征这一特性存在较大偏差,根据相关研究结果,提出新的流变模型=aebγ-ce-dγ及求解方法,并编制了相应计算程序。经两种钻井液实测流变数据拟合验证,新建模型拟合的误差平方和小,确定系数大,其拟合效果好于常规流变模型的拟合效果,可更好地表征钻井液的流变特性。因此,该模型为钻井液流变特性较精确的表征方法,建议进行推广应用。
According to the characteristics of rheological curves of drilling fluids, a new rheological model is proposed. The new model has strong non-linear characteristics, according to the Newton algorithm, and MATLAB tools are used to compile the calculation program to optimize the rheological parameters, and SSE, RMSE and R 2 are selected to estimate the fitting effect of rheological data. The measured data show that the model error is small, and the determination coefficient is large, so the model in this paper can greatly improve the characterization degree of rheological data. Therefore, the model is a more accurate characterization method for the rheological properties of drilling fluids, and it is recommended to promote the application of the model.
