摘要
阐述了国外现有成熟变轨距转向架的结构特点,分析了变轨距转向架的关键技术,并结合我国及周边邻国的铁路实情,根据标准动车组转向架的技术参数要求,设计出一种适用于1435mm和1520mm铁路轨距的新型高速动车组变轨距轮对方案,并对其锁紧关键部件进行了强度校核。
In this paper, the mature and existing technologies of gauge changeable bogies and its construction in foreign countries are explained, and the key technology of gauge changeable bogie is analyzed. Combined with the railway’s current situation of China and neighbors, according to the technical parameters of standard EMU bogies, a scheme of EMU gauge changeable wheelset is put forward,which is use on gauge of 1 435 mm and 1 520 mm, and the intensity of key part of locking mechanism is analyzed.
