摘要
随着大城市从规模扩张阶段向存量发展阶段过渡,已基本成型的“环形+放射”路网面临着交通压力不断增强、大规模道路建设难以持续、城市不同区域交通需求差异化等诸多挑战。以武汉市为例,从网络构建、建设时序、城市用地协调等角度研究“环形+放射”路网在城市扩张阶段的发展特征;分析城市进入存量发展阶段后城市交通在供给侧与需求侧的变化,从城市定位、路网系统、交通运行3个层面具体分析“环形+放射”路网面临的挑战;还研究了存量发展阶段城市中心区与外围区在目前的交通条件、人口发展策略、用地建设重点以及交通需求等方面的差异。基于上述研究,在用地紧张、地下空间规模化开发的背景下,城市中心区应构建地下道路系统,外围区需从整合既有道路资源出发,构建辅助环线。
As megacity enters the stage of infill development, the basically built ring-radial road network still face many challenges such as the increasing traffic pressure, the difficulty in sustaining large-scale road construction, and differentiation of traffic demand in different areas of the city. Taking Wuhan as an example, the development characteristics of the ring-radial road network in the urban expansion stage are studied from the perspectives of network construction, construction arrangement and coordination with urban expansion, the changes of road traffic on the supply side and the demand side are analyzed when the city enters infill development stage. From the three aspects of urban positioning, road network system and traffic operation, the challenges for ring-radial road network are analyzed. Then differences between the urban central area and the peripheral area in infill development period are analyzed from traffic conditions, population strategies, land use priorities, and traffic demand. Based on the research, it is proposed that the central area adopts the strategy of constructing the underground road system under the background of tight land use and plans development of underground space. The peripheral area adopts the strategy of constructing auxiliary ring road from the integration of existing road resources, and combines engineering practices with the above strategies.
