摘要
洛钼集团金属材料有限公司钼精矿焙烧烟气采用WSA湿法制酸工艺。介绍了WSA湿法制酸装置熔盐系统工艺流程,生产中熔盐系统出现过熔盐阀失灵、电伴热烧断、管道泄漏、堵塞、熔点升高、开车受阻等问题,技术人员采取一系列措施解决了问题,保证了WSA湿法制酸装置平稳运行。
WSA process is used for roasting flue gas of molybdenum concentrate in Luomo Group Metal Materials Co., Ltd. The process flow of molten salt system in WSA plant is introduced. In the production of molten salt system, problems such as failure of overmolten salt valve, burning of electric tracing heat, leakage of pipeline, blockage, increase of melting point and hindrance of start-up occurred. A series of measures are taken by technicians to solve the problems and ensure the smooth operation of WSA plant.
