摘要
钢管公司的点巡检工作,长期以来一直采用的传统手工账目的方式,基于此,钢管公司提出了钢管公司智能信息点检平台的研制开发,总体目标是以信息化推动企业管理创新,优化管理模式,实施业务流程再造,建立以先进的信息技术为手段的现代化设备运行管理体系,实现各设备运行情况通过网络及时准确的传递,减少同一数据源的重复录入,做到设备运行数据的准确、及时、共享。
The traditional manual accounting mode has been adopted in the point inspection work of Steel Tube Co. for a long time. Based on this,the R&D for intelligent information point inspection platform has been put forward by Steel Tube Co.. The overall goals are to promote enterprise management innovation,optimize management mode,implement business process reengineering and establish a modern equipment operation management system by means of the advanced information technology with informatization so that the equipment operations are transmitted timely and accurately through the network as well as duplicate entry of the same data source is reduced. As a result,the equipment operation data are accurate,timely and sharable.
