摘要
传统飞机货舱内部行李搬运一般采用人工搬运的方式。针对人工搬运效率低、劳动强度大等问题,设计一种飞机货舱行李输送装置,以提高飞机货舱内行李搬运效率。研究飞机货舱行李输送装置的运动轨迹,在建立输送装置运动学模型的基础上,对不同运动参数和结构参数下的运动轨迹进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,输送装置牵引部分的转弯半径和连接杆长是影响滚式输送装置运动轨迹偏移的主要因素,为飞机货舱行李输送装置的设计提供了理论依据和参考。
The traditional way of baggage handling in cargo compartment of aircraft is generally manual handing. Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of manual handling and high labor intensity, a kind of aircraft cargo baggage conveyor was designed to improve the efficiency of baggage handling in cargo compartment of aircraft. The trajectory of the baggage conveyor in cargo compartment of aircraft was studied. On the basis of establishing the kinematic model of the conveyor, the trajectory of the conveyor under different motion parameters and structural parameters was simulated and analyzed. The simulation results show that the turning radius and the length of the connecting rod of the traction part of the conveyor are the main factors affecting the trajectory deviation of the rolling conveyor, which provides a theoretical basis and reference for the design of the aircraft cargo baggage conveyor.
