摘要
目的:探讨C臂机联合颞部微创切口在颧弓骨折手术治疗中的临床效果。方法:选择经颧骨CT确诊的40例颧弓骨折患者,随机分为两组。治疗组:20例,通过C臂机引导下经颞部微创切口给予颧弓骨折复位术;对照组:20例,经口内前庭沟黏膜切口给予颧弓骨折复位。术后3个月、6个月复查,通过患者张口度、满意度评估、并发症发生率及X线评价四个方面,评估患者手术治疗效果。结果:所有病例术区切口均一期愈合,术后3个月、6个月复查结果显示,治疗组术后骨折断端对位良好,无明显移位,通过患者张口度、满意度评估、并发症发生率及X线评价四个方面评估,治疗组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:C臂机联合颞部微创切口治疗颧弓骨折复位术具有微创、安全、效果可靠及复位精准等优点,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of C-arm x-ray machine combined with temporal minimally invasive incision in the treatment of zygomatic arch fracture. Methods 40 cases with zygomatic arch fracture diagnosed with CT preoperatively were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with C-arm X-ray machine combined with temporal minimally invasive incision. The control group was intraoral vestibular groove incision to reposition the zygomatic arch. The patient was reviewed at 3 months and 6 months after operation. The patient’s mouth opening, facial symmetry and satisfaction evaluation, complication rate and X-ray evaluation were used to evaluate the surgical treatment. Results All incisions of the observation group were healed in stage I. The results of 3 months and 6 months after operation showed that the fractures of the observation group had good alignment and no obvious displacement. Comparison of the patient’s mouth opening, facial symmetry and satisfaction evaluation, complication rate and X-ray evaluation, the effect of surgical treatment was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion C-arm X-ray machine combined with temporal micro-incision approach is a great choice for the treatment of zygomatic arch fracture. It gives minimally invasive surgery, safety, reliable effect and accurate reduction. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
