摘要
目的探讨医护一体化院感管理对PICU患儿医院感染发生率及康复时间的影响。方法选取我院2016年1月~2017年1月PICU收治的重症患儿63例为对照组,另选取2017年2月~2018年1月PICU收治的重症患儿63例为观察组,对照组接受常规院感管理,观察组采用医护一体化院感管理,对两组患儿医院感染发生率、康复时间、满意度评分进行观察。结果观察组患儿医院感染发生率为3.17%,明显低于对照组14.29%(P<0.05);观察组患儿住PICU时间、机械通气时间、总住院时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属对消毒隔离、感控管理、健康教育等满意度评分均较对照组患儿家属高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化院感管理可有效降低PICU患儿医院感染发生率,也能缩短患儿的康复时间,提高满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore The influence of medical and nursing integration hospital infection management on the incidence of hospital infection and recovery time of PICU children. Methods 63 children with severe illness were selected as control group,who were in hospital from January 2016 to January 2017,while 63 children with severe illness in hospital from February 2017 to January 2018 were selected as observation group.The control group was given routine hospital sensation management,while the observation group was given integrated hospital sensation management.The incidence of hospital infection,rehabilitation time,satisfaction score were observed between the two groups. Results The incidence of hospital infection in the observation group was 3.17%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group14.29%(P < 0.05).The PICU time,mechanical ventilation time and total hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05).The satisfaction scores of the family members on disinfection and isolation, infection control management and health education in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The medical and nursing integration hospital infection management can effectively reduce the incidence of hospital infection in PICU children,shorten the recovery time and improve the satisfaction of children,and it is worth popularizing.
