摘要
发展小型生物质清洁采暖,代替小煤炉,是推进北方清洁采暖工作的重要措施.本文通过跟踪小型热水式生物质采暖炉的实际应用案例,对产品的舒适性和经济性进行分析,并与电、燃气采暖进行了费用对比,生物质采暖具有系统成本低,运行费用低的优势.现在生物质颗粒的成本虚高是由于多流通环节造成的成本积累,应采用代加工方式来减少中间环节,可以将采暖成本降到燃煤采暖的成本以下.相关主管部门加强监管,建立相关标准,以便提高产品质量.通过政府支持引导,有助于生物质采暖推广,为实现北方村镇分散式清洁采暖替代提供重要支撑.
The development of small-scale biomass clean heating, instead of small coal boiler, is an important measure to promote clean heating work in the north area. In this paper by tracking the practical application cases of small-scale hot water biomass heating boiler, we analyzed the comfort and economy of the product and compared it with the cost of electricity and gas heating. The biomass heating is a low cost system and has the advantage of low operating costs. Now the cost of biomass particles is inflated due to the cost accumulation caused by multiple circulation links and should be used to reduce the intermediate link. The heating cost can be reduced to the cost of coal-fired heating below. The relevant authorities strengthen supervision and establish the standards in order to improve product quality. Through government support guidance, it is helpful to popularize biomass heating and provide important support for the realization of clean heating substitution in northern decentralized villages and towns.
