摘要
热连轧加热炉是耗煤气大户,通过计算分析,加热炉冷却水水温控制项目在设备和经济上不具有可行性,改进的办法是系统全局考虑,合理进行加热炉控制阀门选型,对供水设备变频改造,并提升设备基础管理工作,可以获得较好的设备运行效果和节能经济效益。
The HSM plant furnace is a large gas user, through calculation and analysis, the water temperature controlproject of furnace is not feasible in equipment and economy,the improvementmethod is the system consideration,reasonable cooling system control valve selection, frequency conversionof supply pump, and improve the basic equipment management, can obtain better equipment operation effect and energy saving economic benefits.
