九种钠盐对污泥电渗透脱水的影响

摘要 对9种常见钠盐(NaCl、NaNO3、Na2CO3、NaHCO3、Na2SO4、Na3PO4、Na2HPO4、NaH2PO4、CH3COONa)进行电渗透脱水实验研究,结果表明:机械压力为15kPa,电压为16V/cm,污泥厚度为0.5cm,在使得污泥含水率降至60%的前提下,添加1g/kgWS(湿污泥重量)的Na2HPO4所需的电渗透脱水时间和脱水能耗为最低。 Experimental study on electroosmotic dehydration of nine sodium salts which commonly(NaCl, NaNO3, Na2CO3, NaHCO3, Na2SO4, Na3PO4, Na2HPO4, NaH2PO4, CH3COONa). The results show that, on the premise of reducing sludge moisture content to 60 %, added with 1 g/kg wet sludge weight Na2HPO4, the electroosmotic dewatering time and energy consumption are the lowest when mechanical pressure is 15 kPa, the voltage is 16 V/cm, sludge thickness is 0.5 cm.
