摘要
牛仔服装洗水废水具有色度深、悬浮物浓度较大、pH呈弱碱性、较好的可生化性的特点。本文介绍“预处理-水解酸化法-活性污泥法-深度处理”的组合工艺处理牛仔服装洗水废水的工程实例。工程规模为40000t/d,该组合工艺运行稳定,出水水质达到设计要求。
The Jeans-Rinsing Wastewater has the characteristics of deep color, high concentration of suspended matter, weak alkalinity and good biodegradability. This paper introduces an engineering example of “pretreatment-hydrolysis acidification-activated sludge process-deep treatment” combined process for the treatment of Jeans-Rinsing Wastewater. The project scale is 40000 t/d. The combined process runs stably, and the effluent quality meets the design requirements.
