摘要 为揭示国内外内燃机针阀体的质量水平,供设计、开发针阀体参考,检测了国内外5个厂生产的针阀体的化学成分、非金属夹杂物、显微组织和硬度。结果表明:国外针阀体的合金元素含量比国内针阀体的高,因此淬透性较好,非金属夹杂物含量较少,耐磨性、抗疲劳性能好,显微组织均匀细小,力学性能和工艺性能均优于国内产品。 Five pieces of internal combustion engine nozzles produced at home and abroad were tested for chemical composition,non-metallic inclusions,microstructure,and hardness to discover their quality level thereby to give a reference to design and development of nozzle.The results indicated that as compared with the domestic nozzles,the foreign nozzles exhibited higher alloying element contents thereby better hardenability,less non-metallic inclusions,better resistance to wear and fatigue,relatively uniform and finer microstructure,and better mechanical and fabrication properties.
