摘要
本文以垂直共轴锥管(锥角α=2.8°)为研究对象,采用分散相为液体石蜡、连续相为乙醇,研究石蜡/乙醇两相流。实验中发现了五种流型:柱塞流、滴流、射流、管状流和线状流。随着分散相流量的增大,石蜡微滴的流型由滴流转变为柱塞流或射流,石蜡微滴的直径和频率都增大;随着连续相流量的增大,石蜡微滴的流型由柱塞流转变为滴流、射流,石蜡微滴的直径减小、频率增大。
In a vertical co - flow tube with a taped angle of 2. 8°,this paper investigated the paraffin - ethanol liquid - liquid two - phase. It was found that there were the five flow regimes presented,the slug,dripping,jetting, annular and threading regimes. With the increasing of the flow rate to dispersed phase,the flow pattern of paraffin droplet formation was changed from the dripping regime to the slug or jetting regimes. And at that time,the diameter and frequency of paraffin droplet were increasing also. In addition,increasing the flow rate of ethanol,the flow pattern of paraffin droplet formation was changed from the slug to dripping or jetting regimes. To correspond it,the diameter and frequency of paraffin droplet was decreasing and increasing,respectively.
