摘要
本文以南京某座超高层办公建筑为例,基于BIM技术理念,借助REVIT软件,建立gb XML文件建筑模型,即绿色建筑可扩展标记语言文件,导入ECOTECT在设计参数下进行采光、眩光、视野模拟分析,其模拟结果均能满足《建筑采光设计标准》(GB50033-2013)和《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB50378-2014)的要求,且采光系数、不舒适眩光值及可视度系数从四周至中心逐渐降低。同时也展示了BIM技术在采光模拟方面的应用,使模拟结果更直观、可靠,为绿色建筑评价提供便捷、有效、可靠的数据支撑。
Taking a super high-rise office building in Nanjing as an example,this paper builds a gbXML file building model based on BIM technology and uses REVIT software,which is a green building extensible markup language file,and introduces ECOTECT(Eco-Building Master)to carry out lighting and glare under design parameters.Visual field simulation analysis.Demonstrate the application of BIM technology in lighting simulation.The simulation results are more intuitive and reliable,providing convenient,effective and reliable data support for green building evaluation.
