摘要
通过采用CO2气体保护焊焊接吊杆工艺性试验,对试件进行熔深、硬度、力学性能实验。试验结果表明,控制好焊接参数能保证CO2气体保护焊的焊缝质量,能满足吊杆产品的质量要求。CO2气体保护焊对比焊条电弧焊焊缝成形美观、焊接效率大幅度提升。
Through the process test of CO2 gas shielded welding and welding boom, the penetration, hardness and mechanical properties of the specimen were tested. The test results show that controlling the welding parameters can ensure the weld quality of CO2 gas shielded welding and meet the quality requirements of the boom products. Compared with CO2 gas shielded welding, the welding of arc welding seams is beautiful and the welding efficiency is greatly improved.
