硕士生“导师选择模式”探析

摘要 我国研究生教育主要采用导师制(导师责任制)和教学式相结合的模式。对研究生来说导师是影响其今后学术发展的关键性人物,选择导师是研究生教育的关键环节。将导师的选择作为一个环节与硕士研究生招生录取的其他环节相结合,根据硕士研究生选择导师时间点的不同,可将我国从恢复研究生招生至今的硕士研究生的导师选择概括为以下三种模式:"学生初选,教师决定模式"、"统一分配模式"和"师生互选模式"。通过对三种模式进行深入分析,以期帮助研究生培养机构在了解各种模式优势与劣势的基础上,更加全面地把握每种模式,选择或创造更加契合自身情况的导师选择模式,进而实现研究生的高效培养。 Postgraduate education in China mainly adopts the mode of combining tutorial system(supervisor responsibility system)and teaching style.For graduate students,tutor is a key figure affecting their future academic development,and the selection of tutor is a key link in graduate education.The selection of the tutors is taken as a link and combined with other links of postgraduate admission and according to the different time points of the selection of the tutor for postgraduate students,the selection of the tutor for postgraduate students since the resumption of postgraduate recruitment in China can be summarized into the following three modes:"Student primary election,teacher decision model","unified distribution model"and"teacher-student mutual election model".Through the in-depth analysis of the three modes,the author hopes to help graduate training institutions to grasp each mode more comprehensively on the basis of understanding the advantages and disadvantages of each mode,select or create a more suitable mentor selection mode,so as to realize the efficient training of graduate students.
