摘要
探讨粗纱段彩纺纱技术。通过对粗纱机喂入机构和牵伸机构进行创新设计改造,使主、辅条分别可控喂入,实现了粗纱段彩,形成了具有自主知识产权的粗纱段彩技术;通过试纺和工艺优化,较好地解决了粗纱段彩纺纱生产过程中易产生的色差、拖尾等问题,完善了质量控制措施;应用粗纱段彩新技术,结合细纱赛络集聚纺、竹节纺纱技术,最终开发出新型段彩纱。认为:粗纱段彩纺纱技术进一步丰富了色纺纱的颜色组合,使纱线风格更加绚丽多彩。
Roving segment color spinning technology was discussed.Through innovative design modification of roving feeding mechanism and drafting mechanism on roving frame,the main and auxiliary sliver can be fed separately.Roving segment color was realized.Roving segment color technology with independent intellectual property rights was formed.Through trial spinning and process optimization,problems of color difference in production process of roving segment colored spun yarn were solved,quality control measures were improved.New technology of roving segment color was applied.Combined with siro condensed spinning and slub spinning,a new type of segment colored spun yarn was finally developed.It is considered that color combination of the colored spun yarn was further enriched by roving segment color technology,which made the yarn style more colorful.
