孕前中医药干预联合孕后安胎序贯治疗对复发性流产患者的妊娠效应评价——附58例临床资料被引量：11

摘要目的:观察孕前中医药干预联合孕后安胎序贯治疗复发性流产的疗效。方法:选取97例复发性流产患者,随机分为治疗组58例与对照组39例。对照组孕前无中医药干预,治疗组孕前予以中医药干预,2组孕后均予补肾安胎方药治疗。观察2组妊娠结局,并比较血雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)水平。结果:2组各妊娠39例,治疗组治愈率82.05%,明显高于对照组的48.72%(P<0.05);治疗组在孕30d±、50d±及70d±的血E2、P、HCG值均高于对照组同期水平(P<0.05)。结论:孕前中医药干预联合孕后补肾安胎序贯治疗复发性流产能显著促进孕激素分泌,明显提高临床活产率,值得临床推广运用。
