摘要
目的:探讨中医方剂大辞典中治疗失眠的用药规律,以跨学科的研究思路运用古今医案云平台(V1.4.5)这一大数据挖掘技术作基础,为临床提供参考。方法:计算机搜索《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗失眠的方剂,采用Excel建立数据库并录入古今医案云平台(V1.4.5),采用系统集成的数据挖掘方法如频次统计、复杂网络分析、关联规则分析、药对分析、功效统计、药物性味归经统计、聚类分析等对纳入数据从单味药频次、药对关联、性味归经、功效、聚类处方及结合临床辨证处方等角度进行分析,运用新颖多彩图表对数据进行直观展示。结果筛选后,共纳入方剂207首,涉及中药总数277个,总用药频次1825次;功效396个,总功效频次5486次;四气9种,总频次1676次;五味11种,经计算总频次2734次;12经总频次2428次。聚类处方为C201:酸枣仁、人参、茯苓、甘草;C202:当归、白芍、地黄、麦门冬;C203:半夏、黄芩、黄连、栀子;C204:茯神、远志、朱砂;C205:川芎、陈皮、黄芪、白术、熟地黄、五味子、柏子仁;C401:酸枣仁、人参、茯苓、甘草;C402:当归、白芍、茯神、远志、麦门冬、地黄。结论:运用古今医案云平台(V1.4.5)分析数据,以图表展示出《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗失眠的用药规律,可指导临床实践应用,但请结合临床具体情况临证加减。
Objective: To explore the medication rule of the treatment for insomnia in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription Dictionary. Byinter disciplinary research thought, the data mining technology, the Cloud Platformof Ancient and Modern Medical Records(V1.4.5)was taken as the basis to provide reference for clinical practice. Methods: Excel was adopted to establish a database and the Cloud Platform of Ancient and Modern Medical Records(V1.4.5)was input.By using the data mining methods of system integration, such as frequency statistics, complex network analysis,association rules analysis, compatible medicines analysis, function statistics, medicine property-flavor-channel tropism statistics and clustering analysis to analyze the included data from angles like single medicine frequency, compatible medicines association, property, flavour and channel tropism, function, clustering prescription and combining clinical syndrome differentiation and prescription, etc. And the novel colorful chart was used to visually display the data. Results:After screening, a total of 207 prescriptions were included, involving 277 traditional Chinese medicines and 1825 total medication frequency;396 functions, total function frequency of 5486 times;9 kinds off our qi, total frequency of 1676total frequency of 2428 times. The clustering prescription were C201: Semen Ziziphi Spinosae, Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng,Poriaand Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae;C202: Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix PaeoniaeAlba, Radix Rehmanniaeand Radix Ophiopogonis;C203: Rhizoma Pinelliae, Radix Scutellariae, RhizomaCoptidisand FructusGardeniae;C204: Sclerotium Poriae Pararadicis, Radix Polygalaeand Cinnabaris;C205: Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, RadixAstragali,RhizomaAtractylodisMacrocephalae, Radix RehmanniaePraeparata, Fructus Schisandrae Chinensisand Semen Platycladi;C401: Semen Ziziphi Spinosae, Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng, Poriaand Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae;C402: Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Sclerotium Poriae Pararadici
